I HIGHLY recommend Neels. It was 98 degrees yesterday. When I came home from work I had the great pleasure of my air conditioning being out. Called Neels right away. Came right out and diagnosed the problem. Motor burned out on the fan. They ordered it right away, went and got it today and came and fixed it. Checked my pressure and cleaned my unit. Thanks to Neels I’ll sleep comfortably tonight. GREAT company. Our first call with a HVAC or plumbing issue.
Noticed that one of my outside faucet was leaking into my wall when turned on. I called Neels and they were able to get out to me in a couple of hours. Once here, they fixed my problem in no time. Great service.
Amazing experience! Not only did the technician fix our AC unit, he took the time to send pictures and explain the needed repairs. Our unit was fixed in less than 24 hours after initial inquiry! Highly recommend!!
