I highly recommend coats and Tails! I know I take my two poodle boys in and they are just happy to go in they're not scared or anything and my son and his fiance take wailing and he is not even shy to go back there he is all excited and wagging his tail ready to go back to get groomed!!! don't pass up a good chance to have a good groomer for your fur baby you can't go wrong!!!! 10/10

We used the self wash this weekend with our Corgi, Penny. And when I say the best one we’ve ever used, that’s an understatement. The separate locked off room was hospital clean, fully stocked with any extras and basics available and plenty of room to work. I was worried we’d need more than the initial 10 minutes but I was shocked to still have 2 minutes left after Penny’s spa day. My husband finished brushing and spot drying Penny while I cleaned and sanitized the wash area. The wash products can be used through the sprayer and that was amazing!! I have a lab mix who has thick black lab hair. It is impossible to control her shedding. I called and made an appointment with at Coats and Tails and they told me they could shave her like have other labs. They took her in and they did an amazing job. She looks so beautiful and soft!! The shedding is so much better. I am definitely going back.
