Quickly responded to an outage for my family at home with a non working HVAC and a sick newborn. They did exactly what needed to be done and showed my brother how to fix it in the future and what was wrong. No upcharges, no trying to sell unneeded things, a great price and so friendly!! Highly recommend.
Hoot Owl is an excellent heating and air conditioning company. Many years ago we were having problems with a heat pump unit. We had two other companies look at it and they could not figure out the problem. Then we found Hoot Owl and made an appointment with them. They came out and were able to fix the problem. We have used them ever since. Hoot Owl is an honest and reliable company. All of the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. We have had units repaired and new ones installed by them. We have always been completely satisfied with their work.
I got home from work and my AC was not working, I called them and they came out first thing the next morning and got it fixed. I have used them several times and am always very satisfied with their work and customer service.
