I'm an OO and when I read the reviews before going there I was scare of how long they would take BUT I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Iwhen I backed up to the dock, there were fork lift drivers waiting on me already. I don't know if in the past they used to be unorganized but my experience was phenomenal. Thank you Trane.

These are hard working people in that warehouse. Some of these drivers complaining are not mentioning that they show up too early or even arrive late for their loads. I've hung around to see how hard these people work even in the heat and humidity of the St. Louis summer. The people in the shipping office are great to work with, even having to deal with an old intercom system they still manage to make things happen. The security officer that gets the temperatures is extremely polite to the drivers, and anyone else that passes through from what I've seen. All in all the Trane supply warehouse people are great and do great work.

Very impressed with the positive attitudes of the people in this place. Visited there today and was blown away with the buy in of a common goal with every team member I came in contact with. The processes the have in place allow them to minimize defects to the dealers they support. Definitely a top notch company!
