i waited a few days to make sure i wasn't over reacting before i made this review. i got a derma plane with a peel done on Saturday. Douglas did my services . from the start i told Douglas that chase did my face last time preformed several passes and nothing happened to my face even though she did amazing. also had great customer services. however she was booked otherwise i would've went back. dough was nice as well however, i even stressed to him that i would like for him to increase the level so i can actually see results. he completely ignored my request and during my entire services he was going on about how melen people don't have the same results and i should not expect anything crazy. as he applied motorize to my face i was confused because he only made one pass on my face. after the derma plane. i felt as though i was rushed and he just wanted to just move me along... my face has 0 changed it has not got tight one time and i have seen any shed on face and i am not happy with the service i received a complete waste of money

booked laser hair removal and they told me they dont have the correct laser for people of color so she would have to deny me because im “too dark”. dont come here if your not white basically

I got botox there and I couldn't even tell the difference, plus I got a knot on the bottom of my face when she injected the botox. Also if you ever got a lip flip , you know how painful it is right, well my didn't even hurt, but my lips looked the same. The other places I got botox at the needle went in further than what she was doing. I spent so much money for nothing. I see a difference from other spas but not this one. Very disappointed.

The deep tissue was good and my facial was amazing(I fell asleep😅)...felt like a new person after my first visit...I will definitely be returning. Prices are not bad for the service treatment🥰. Happy mothers to me... Recommend to everyone
