Positive experience with Carter, Hoffman Bros Service Technician He arrived on time, was easy to talk with, carefully listened to my needs regarding dryer duct work cleaning services; he diagnosed the issue and explained what could be done. He later explained the warranty plans options which could give me a discount on the call that day and future Hoffman visits I had already planned for. I was very pleased with this call, which necessitated a wait for a needed part (which was at my option to add a fan to a 45-degree turning dryer vent to help moderate the heat and lint build-up which sounded perfectly logical to me), so we can finish the service call in a week.

Excellent Job installing a water softener and water heater system. The Follow Up to repair the drywall and re-connect the washer was equally done very well. Both came prepared to lay down floor protection mats and wear booties and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional, especially the drywall install by Toby.
Ethan was very professional and he took the time to explain the problem. He made sure to show the damage part and demonstrated the reason for the issue. We will definitely use Hoffman Bros in the future.
