Tom, the technician, was kind, prompt. Fully explained and showed what the issues were and fixed what he said he would at the price he said he would. The work area was kept clean. Would definitely feel comfortable using them again.
Bob Eckert came to replace a kitchen sink faucet for us. I purchased the faucet myself, similar to the one we had. He was on time, friendly and informative. He answered all my questions. His work was very good and efficient. We were very pleased with the work done! Thank you.
