This is a first rate facility with first rate instructors. Anne and Shannon offer personalized, knowledgeable, and professional training. Gyrotonics has helped me become very strong yet flexible, with lots of physical stamina. I'm able to do hours of heavy gardening, after riding my horse, without any stiffness or soreness in the days following. I am grateful to have this facility and these wise instructors. Thank you!

I have been going here for the last 3 years. Due to a back injury that was supposed to require an operation. I never did need the surgery and am feeling better and stronger for religiously following Anne's instructions and suggestions.
