Kim can do decent layers but always gives unsolicited advice about how to make my hair healthier. This time she told me I had RUINED my hair by using a pea sized amount of conditioner. She also put a product in my hair without asking. I don’t need to pay to be criticized. I wont go back. Picture of my hair attached, I’m not convinced it’s RUINED.

Made a appt took the bus out to this location, and waited a hour to have them tell me none of the stylist could cut my longer hair bc they all had carpal tunnel and other medical issues that would make it uncomfortable for them, maby look into other job opportunities if you can’t cut hair ;( waste of half my day… but honestly I think I dodged a bullet considering how bad the reviews are from people that actually got a cut?‍♀️

The stylist was very unprofessional and rude I didn’t catch her name but she was using body language to speak to me and the manager Danielle did not stop to see what was going on in her store and the stylist told me that I was not going to be service because I told her about her customer service skills not to mention I was the topic when I walked out and another customer followed me out and left all of this while serving customers in both seat’s drama shop
