I love my hair lady! (Ive only seen her twice but since day 1 I continue to go back!) my braids stay for 3 weeks!

Ms Patricia rescheduled me several times. When I got to the salon her sister, who was going to do my hair, wasn't there, so she called her. Half an hour later she arrived. When she arrived she told miss Patricia that she couldn't do my hair because her fingers hurt so I got up to leave and miss Patricia wanted to reschedule again, which I agreed upon. Then her sister changed her mind and said she could do my hair after all. After all this back and forth I still decided to get my hair done here and that was my bad. Never again. The style that I wanted, senegalese twists, she couldn't do because she claimed that my hair was too long. She then asked me if I wanted box braids to which I replied no. The Twists were too long and too small. Nothing like I wanted. Close to the time finishing my hair I heard the number of 350 discussed between miss Patricia and her sister. So miss Patricia told me that her sister wanted to charge me $350 to which I replied no because I was quoted a price of $230. I was not going to pay her even if I did have that amount of money with me. They were late, unprofessional, changed my appointment several times and also lied to me about being in so much pain that my hair couldn't be done. Like I said never again.

I went for my appointment which was 8:30am and it took extremely long time for knotless box braids my daughter went about a week before me and she was there 11 hours for knotless box braids also the experience wasn't bad just long but I loved the way my hair turned out price wasn't bad either

I have been going to Patricia for close to a year now. I have not had a bad experience at all. Every time I book my appointment, she is there ready to start. Her work /craftsmanship of braiding is very good. The atmosphere is very comfortable. I definitely recommend Patricia's Hair Braiding.
