I've been working with Zenia. I'm out of state, attempting to move around Table Rock Lake which obviously encompasses a large area. Zenia has been excellent to work with. She's accommodated my schedule, went above and beyond to make sure I saw the homes I wanted to view. Zenia is excellent, kind, and patient. I didn't feel pressured when I didn't think the homes were a fit for me (no fault of anyone's). She's continued to work with me across the miles, which isn't easy. I know I'll find the perfect spot with her help.I highly recommend Zenia if you're looking to buy or sell!
We had long dreamt of owning a lake property in Branson, but with such little inventory, we thought we would have to put off those dreams. Thankfully, with Audrey Spratt's insider knowledge, connections, and hard work she was able to find the perfect home for us that checked every single box on our list. The property was in the process of being constructed at the time and due to Covid, there were countless construction issues and delays that surfaced throughout the process.
