From the moment I called to make the appointment and including the appointment, the tax woman took a real interest in my taxes and current situation. She was very knowledgable and understanding since I was recently widowed. She was also able to get me a little larger discount on the "Tax Fees" that JHT charges. I was very appreciative of that! I will definitely have them do my 2023 taxes next year!!! A very good experience (if you can even say that about getting your taxes done)!! LOL

Samantha was the one who helped me file my taxes here and was very helpful and walked me through the process and explained what I did not understand. All together mad my taxes easier

Roslyn Sanders (Branson MO) is absolutely amazing ? she goes above and beyond for her customers! I e never had a better experience ANYWHERE ELSE. she is very quick and knows what she is doing! I would not trust anyone else with my tax documents!
