We had a good experience with the Branson West office. Everyone was friendly, and helpful with updating all my families information. We also absolutely loved Dr. Gondwe. My oldest is super anxious and is horrified to be in a doctor’s office. She struggled at first, but by the time we left the office she said how much she loved Dr. Gondwe and she is less nervous to go back In the future.
This was my first time going to clinic at Branson West and loved the friendly staff and NP Michelle O'Connell..I was very nervous about going to a new doctor since moved here to area..but I loved everything and everybody was so nice and especially felt relieved when met my Doctor cause she is so much like my last one...looking forward to continuing my health care there at Mercy Clinic at Branson West..
Exactly what I was looking for in a family practice. From the minute I stepped in the door I was treated like family. Making an appointment with the new doctor was easy and they got me in within a few days. I feel like I was heard and appreciated by all the staff. Top notch care and very knowledgeable. I will be recommending this clinic to the rest of my family who recently moved to the area.
