First time taking Max and Calli our Shiba Inus to Urban Tails, and they loved it. Our female is kind of a chicken when it comes to new things and places, but she went right inside and to Ashley (the owner) like she's known her forever.

We started having Nothing but issues with the other grooming place in town after years of loyal service to them so when we were able to take my aussie, black lab, and my cat, we found out they do a beyond amazing job! They have our monthly service for our pets for years to come!

So happy I found Urban Tails for my elderly Cocker Spaniel. They pampered her! Hair cut, ears cleaned, nails cut and a bath! What a deal and for a VERY reasonable fee. She will definitely be going back on a regular basis. I am very impressed. Thank you Urban Tails for taking such good care of Bella the cranky Cocker!
