Everything is super clean. The hours for staff vary widely, but who cares for 24 hour available equipment? The monthly price is a little steep, but if you are single and looking for all the time fitness this is your place!
I came to Boonville for a month and I have to say, this was the best Gym I've ever been to. Very clean, comfortable! I extended my stay for a another 2 weeks, and I called to see if I could pay a different amount ( instead of the $40 for a month) And I'm not sure if it was a Manager or The owner? But she said , I'll just extend it for you. That was so very nice of her. Highly recommend this "Little Gem' .
I am a marathon runner and train year-round. I have used Excel for my nagging injuries as they occur from time to time for many years. I have also used Excel for my daughter's sports injuries. Every visit to Excel is a pleasant experience from the moment you walk in the door, this business runs efficiently! While training for the Chicago marathon, I had a recurring hamstring tightness which caused much pain especialy during the peak training times after those 20 mile runs. I decided to give ART (Active Release Therapy) a try two days before the marathon. Kelly who is a runner herself did the therapy and then did e-stim with heat and then recommended kineseology tape.Thanks to Excel, I had a fabulous, pain -free run.
