Cam's Nails and Spa offers an amazing and beautiful nail service. The experience is completely elevated under the new ownership and management, with a staff described as amazing people, super kind, super nice, very gentle, and very understanding. They are professional and do phenomenal, beautiful, and precise work, taking their time to ensure everything is done perfectly. The service provides a very relaxing experience and is not expensive. Customers are happy they no longer have to travel for great nail service and state they will definitely continue coming back.

Despite being the only person in the salon the first hour I was there I was extremely rushed. I showed them what design I wanted before they even started on my nails and my pedicure and it wasn't until after she cut my toenails that she told me she wasn't able to do the design and that my toenails were too short. I gave them a simple design and my toenails now look nothing like what I gave them. My fingernails are not at all what I asked for and the man doing my nails wasn't even wearing shoes or socks half the time and was extremely aggressive jerking my arm and hand around. He didn't file a couple of my nails and they're all misshapen and lumpy. Even though I got acrylics he still did not do the design that I wanted. He belched a couple of times while doing my nails and didn't even cover his mouth. Any place I've gone to get my nails done I always tip very well and this was the first time I didn't tip. I rolled my Jean leg up to my knees before she put the wet towel on and she still got my jeans soaking wet by putting the towel up way too far and left it on until it was extremely cold. Extremely unprofessional and definitely the worst place I've gone to get my nails done. Its no wonder they have a sign up front explaining their refund policy. I should have guessed it was going to be a Trainwreck when I called to set up an appointment in the morning and they didn't even take my name down . they were extremely rough and made a couple of my nails bleed. The most unprofessional and unfriendly place I've gone to get my nails done.Tense atmosphere and was charged over $100 for horrible service.Do not recommend at all.
