I started going back in January and I don’t regret it. I always feel amazing afterwards. Allie always listens to what you want done and focuses on what you need. Wish I could go more often.

Allie has been a god send for my body! I have started going to Allie to loosen up my entire body, supplement my fitness regime, and to help release stored trauma. Since doing the medical massages, my body has seen vast improvement overall, particularly in the mobility department. She has also helped loosen some of my stubborn muscles that have caused me so many issues over the year.
