Wait time was low, driver was knowledgeable, the cab was clean for me to sit during the ride to the shop. I am glad Coty was the one who responded to my call. I would use this service again.

I have tow coverage through my insurance co. I let my boss know i had car problems and i was waiting for my insurance company to get a tow service to pick my car up and take it to a repair shop. And that i would be in after it was picked up.After several calls and waiting ALL day for my insurance co to provide me a tow service. I decided to call Santa Fe Tow. The dispatcher was nice and told me they would have someone out to me shortly. With in about 45min i got a text saying someone was on the way. MINUTES after that! One thing I will say is I highly recommend this tow company over any other company!!!One thing I like, is even with a little miscommunication they were able to rectify the situation, and all I would say is the dispatchers are great staff and the drivers are patient understanding and knowledgeable. This tow company should be the only company towing on the face of the earth they are fantastic .
