I have tow coverage through my insurance co. I let my boss know i had car problems and i was waiting for my insurance company to get a tow service to pick my car up and take it to a repair shop. And that i would be in after it was picked up.After several calls and waiting ALL day for my insurance co to provide me a tow service. I decided to call Santa Fe Tow. The dispatcher was nice and told me they would have someone out to me shortly. With in about 45min i got a text saying someone was on the way. MINUTES after that! I heard Santa Fe's tow truck pull up in the front of my house! The driver was courteous, i also met his supervisor (he brought additional loading tools)...read full review
One thing I will say is I highly recommend this tow company over any other company!!!One thing I like, is even with a little miscommunication they were able to rectify the situation, and all I would say is the dispatchers are great staff and the drivers are patient understanding and knowledgeable. This tow company should be the only company towing on the face of the earth they are fantastic .
Fastest Service Ever. Picked up a Trailer with frozen breaks my company had 2 roadside companies come & i was Still stuck. Santa Fe came out & had me rolling in 20 minutes ❤❤❤❤ Quick, Professional & Very Polite!!!!
