I had just lost my hair from chemotherapy. The owner was so compassionate and kind. She was so patient! I tried on so many wigs! She was honest. She explained care of the wigs and provided product. What a positive experience. Thank you for all you did to help make this experience fun during a hard time!

I have lost quite a bit of my hair due to Covid and had come to the point that I'd decided I need to look into a wig or hairpiece. I found this Merle Norman store in Blue Springs. I was very nervous and since I had never worn a wig before, I had no idea about the process. I was promptly greeted when I entered the store and the ladies there were so friendly and understanding. I buy my breast cancer bras here. These ladies are absolutely wonderful, compassionate and also have a delightful sense of humor! They can just look at you and immediately know which products would work best. They put you at ease and make you feel like a queen, no matter what kind of prosthesis you need. This is THE PLACE to go!!!
