Hello! Pediatric Dentistry is a highly recommended children's dental office. The friendly staff, including Dr. Ben and dental assistants, are patient and welcoming to kids. Parents praise the office for making their children feel comfortable, even those who have had negative experiences at other dentists. The team works quickly and efficiently, allowing for procedures like tooth extractions to be done smoothly. Visitors are greeted with warm smiles and kind conversation as soon as they walk through the door. All staff members appear to genuinely care about children and provide excellent customer service. The office recently moved to a beautiful new space, adding to the positive experience. Many families drive nearly an hour to this office because of the quality service they receive. The staff, including assistants and dentists like Dr. Mikayla, are known for being sweet, patient, and gentle, making visits smooth and comfortable for children.
My son went to Hello today and it was an amazing experience!!! Maria did a great job working with him and maintaining a great attitude when he was curious about the equipment. Summer also did an awesome job working with him. Mr. Ben was so calm and interactive when doing the treatment too. It was all around a great experience and I’m so grateful we found Hello!!!
super sweet staff! the front desk ladies were very kind and inviting. the dentist and her assistant were also very kind and gentle with my son. all the staff has above and beyond customer service. definitely recommend their services!
Took my tot in today for her 2 year check. Everyone was so friendly even when I needed to change my appointment last minute and update the insurance on file before the next morning. All the front desk ladies are so sweet from the moment you walk in and they get you back fast. The dental assistant was amazing and was even able to get x-rays of the front teeth. She explained everything she was going to do and what the Dr. was going to do which made us feel very calm. Dr. Ben was so quick and gave helpful at home instructions. Also, we were in and out within 15 minutes which is great when you have a toddler. I am so thrilled to have a Dentist office in town that is this amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
