Without question, one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with. They have always done exactly what they said they were going to do, and suggested ways I could actually reduce my repair / maintenance bill by avoiding unnecessary work or equipment. It's not often that you find a company that cares enough about their customers that they will advise against something that could increase their revenue. Honesty and Integrity is hard to find, but appears to be the cornerstone of this company. In my opinion, if you need a heating and cooling company, you need to look no further than Hayes!
