Really great technicians awesome communication, no nonsense or trying to upcharge or sell us things we didn’t need. First guy came out and didn’t have the proper tool to get deep enough down the pipe that was clogging our kitchen sink. Sent a second technician out as soon as they could get here, both very clear and honest about everything. Aric and Theo both great. Will definitely use them again if we have any plumbing needs. Also great if you have kids my 2 year old son is super nosy and loves to watch and they did not seem to mind my son watching respectfully from a distance while they worked. I had a great experience with JT! He was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything he was doing along the way. I really appreciated how he not addressed the problem but also helped me understand what was going on, and the course of action. This made me feel confident about the work. It’s rare these days to find people who take pride in customer service that is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I’m a very happy and would highly recommend JT!

We had not AC since the beginning of July had one company come out and they diagnosed it wrong. Then Dragonfly Mechanical sent out Collin very courteous and carefully inspected our unit and found the issue. He came back the next day and fixed the problem flushed the system and then filled it back up. Part of the problem was a leak and it had lost all it's freon. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why. We will definitely use them again and hope to get Collin again. Good job Collin it was a pleasure doing business you.
