I love this practice. I'm actually going to be really sad for my daughter when she ages out of the pediatric practice. Dr. Cindy Kirby-Diaz has always really listened first and then followed the lead of the patient. I love this most about her.
We love this office and our children's doctor and teal of nurses are ALL amazing. And we had the best experience with all of their specialty services as well. Have all three of our children here for the past 6 years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
The staff here has always been very patient and compassionate to my children. When my daughter was sick and couldn't breathe they gave her the best care they could offer and communicated with Children's Mercy to help us keep her safe and healthy. They were so happy to see her come back for a follow up in good health, we will always recommend them to both friends and family! We are grateful for a staff that makes us feel like family when we walk in the door!
