Leaving 5 stars for Brandon and Tyler. My experience was nothing to be happy about, however these two listened and treated me like the patient I have been for over 20 years. So 5 starts for them making it right!!!!
Alexis helped me with the glasses frame, payment, shipping, end of visit fluff and she was very knowledgeable and kind. She understood time is essential and actually helped me save time and money. She is great at her job! Everyone there was very kind and great! Will be back!
Monty was very professional. I’ve seen him twice now, and both times he provided great customer service. He was the one who checked me out after my eye exam, and he was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I really appreciated the positive experience.
