First time since my former Optometrist retired, 4 years ago, that someone was able to get my prescription for glasses and contacts right. My astigmatism was a huge problem with the last 3 Optometrist's, they were too frustrated and arrogant to listen to me. Blamed it on the glasses manufacturer or me, even though they changed the prescription every time I brought the glasses back. Dr. Boucher listened to me and got everything right the first try. Haven't been able to see this clearly for years. THANK YOU!!! Definitely going back next year. The sales associates were amazing too.
Trying to purchase contacts online was troublesome. I don't feel like when a problem came around you handled it well. I emailed your customer support and received no response. Twice. Why have a way to email for help without answering your customers?
I have been going here for years but this is the first time I would give a 6 star review. Jayden went above and beyond to save me the most for my two pairs of glasses. Not only that but recognized my current glasses needing some TLC. Highly recommend seeing Jayden whenever it comes to saving money, her honest opinion of your face in those glasses, and her personality which is very real in a world determined to live so fake.
