Repair man was prompt and pleasant to talk too. Was able to discover problems quickly. Unfortunately my 18 month Whirlpool washer had lost its sensor board repairable for $411 and we decided to replace vice repair. Now you need a warranty package with American made products. New GE washer has lemon clause with extra warranty package maybe that helps in the future.

I recently had my dryer repaired (sensor), and ice maker replaced in the same week. Both are older appliances, and now running like new. Tyler knew immediately what was wrong with my dryer, and repaired it quickly and efficiently. After Thomas replaced my ice maker, he checked the whole fridge over to ensure everything was running properly. He showed me the old ice maker so I could see what was wrong with it. The cost was fair and I'm very pleased with the whole process.
