We had a water leak in our rental property that resulted in a major insurance claim. Our insurance company recommended Trifecta and our experience with them has been very positive. Nick and his crews did an awesome job mitigating the water damage. All crew members were very professional and helpful. They always answered any question I had explaining the process to me. Nick (project manager) was always on top of what was going on and communicated well to all my questions.

Let's see....how can I explain how (Nick Stevens) at Trifecta Property Restoration was amazing. We had a pretty big house fire and the day Nick stepped on our property he was genuine and very professional. You all know how you wonder if you can trust Restoration Companies, well I'm here to tell you that Trifecta is an outstanding company. Nick is an honest man, and you can take his word to the bank as they say. Not going to say they are 100% perfect (because nobody is), they have room for improvement in some areas. We worked with Trifecta after a small house fire. The damage was pretty small for a fire. These guys were on it like emergency services and it was a top priority. I was impressed with their professionalism and logistic efficiency. All of the subcontractors were professional and skilled. After painting we had a drywall seem that was rather noticeable, it happens, I mentioned it to the GC and he had someone back same day to fix it. Impressive considering the contractors had over 2 hours of drive time for 15 minutes of work. They say what they do and do what they say, and you'll be back in your home as good as new ASAP with Trifecta.
