She was personable and very good to explain every procedure she performed. The front desk was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful!The best experience I've had! “Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I had to bring my toddler with me, and the staff was so accommodating to him and me so I could get my filling done. Anywhere that makes it a breeze to bring my kiddo- and also treats him with kindness, always is a 5 stars in my book. As far as the service itself, they were fast and efficient on getting me scheduled and in and out. I called at noon for a same day filling- as a first time patient mind you- and they got me in by 1:30 and out and SATISFIED by 2:45. Literally ALL AROUND great experience!! I couldn’t rave about them more.“

Dr. Sam isn’t a pediatric dentist, but when I called her office desperate for trustworthy guidance, she didn’t hesitate. She gave me her honest opinion, helped us get in with a pediatric provider she recommended, and treated my son with more kindness and patience than the actual pediatric dentists we had seen.

She asked deeper, more thoughtful questions about his medical history than the three pediatric dentists we had already visited—and, most importantly, she believed me when I said something more was going on than just brushing issues. That kind of validation is rare, especially in a field where you’re so often told to “just brush and floss better.”

Because she listened closely and asked the right questions, she made connections others had missed. She took information I’d shared and researched studies that linked my son’s medical condition to his dental issues. She emailed me multiple articles showing how his diagnosis could be tied to enamel problems—and I can’t even think about that without tearing up. I truly couldn’t believe she took the time to do that for my son. She really empowered me to make choices for my son that give us more tools to prevent more issues in the future.

Dr. Sam treated him like he mattered—even though her practice wasn’t making significant money from it. That speaks volumes about her character and the kind of provider she is. I cannot recommend her highly enough. And honestly, the entire Mahaffey family of dentists is wonderful—but I do think Dr. Sam is something extra special.“
