We took our Journey girl (who is a Siberian Husky) here to be groomed for her first time. Jen did a fantastic job! Journey was matted by her ears. Jen explained that she would have to shave that area and explained why which is understandable. Jen also went out of her way to show me the proper brush and comb to use on her to prevent Matting.

I think they're super easy to communicate with and have taken my dogs for years. My dogs get different style haircuts and I trust them to do their thing. Always tip since they always do their best and my dogs routinely are good and afterwords. Theres a small strip adjacent to the shop's parking lot bordering the post office where I can walk my dog before/after if needed. My dogs have different haircuts which is no problem and if I have something specific I want done I just priorily communicate that with my PP groomer bcuz we have the same awesome groomer so long they know my dogs cuts. They always do such an amazing job. Dogs are always so soft and smooth and smell amazing. And the pics we get of them are adorable!!! Love this place and can't recommend them enough!!!
