The person answering the phone (claimed to be from Billing) was incredibly condescending and rude to me. I had simple questions about billing and she became defensive and wouldn't answer my questions. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me. It's unfortunate that I have to continue to deal with this horrible organization.

Lizzie, the lady answering the phones, is a real gem! This company is trying to charge me multiple times for the same service. Lizzie sure is doing her part for them by making it as difficult as possible to see if I owe them money or not. She couldn’t seem to figure out whether I owed money or not (I don’t and have proof).

Horrible customer service when calling about billing statement. Extreme unprofessional and rude customer service. Could have provided common practice is to have 2 anesthesiologists for surgery and to get a bill for 2. Instead refused to provide any information other than what payment they accept. Used HIPAA as the reason they couldn’t provide any information however just letting me know common practice would have confirmed by bill was correct. Instead treated me like I was stupid, wasting their time and hung up on me.
