It was a Sunday. The kitchen sink was clogged after breakfast and I needed to make a celebration dinner for 9 that evening. I called a handful of places and wound up with these folks being the only one who could get to me the same day. Tech arrived and she went right to work. It was a bit more persistent issue than we could solve with our own 25' snake but she kept after it until the job was done. It took long enough between the wait for arrival and the difficulty of the clog that we had to improvise and adapt to overcome. Expensive steaks are in the freezer, spaghetti was a fan favorite and the price (with a nice military discount) was reasonable.
Dustin was the best! I plan on asking for him if I ever need your services again. He was neat, competent and very polite. He is definitely as asset to your company and he solved my problem in a timely manner.
