Med Staff Home Health LLC provides excellent service. Nurses are described as wonderful, caring, and attentive. They assist clients with medication, doctor appointments, and medical devices. Nurses are responsive to client and family needs, returning messages promptly. Clients appreciate the extra care and time nurses take to ensure their comfort and well-being.
Although not all therapy services were available, the staff were exceptional! The occupational and speech therapists were top notch. Lavinia, the nurse I was fortunate to have, went above any expectations. She's knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. Yet, she brings warmth, encouragement, and true empathy. Seriously, check this service out!
I have had home health nurses from different agencies and Premmie from Med Staff is by far the best. She takes the time to help me understand my medical conditions and provides helpful tips to relieve symptoms and improve my overall health. Thank you Premmie!
Premmie is caring, kind, and thorough. She always goes above and beyond. Nursing isn't just a job. Her clients health and welfare is always her priority. She has provided life saving direction for my mom on many occasions. Premmie is the best!
