Amazing institution!!!! If you are a Day 1 student, have years of experience under your belt or former military looking for place to help keep those skills on point. This is the place. The coaches are some of the most Professional and caring. If it’s a child or person with many miles on them. I witnessed them working at the students pace and limitations . They instruct with knowledge that is needed to develop the proper skills and not pushing them along to just get bodies in the door and onto the matt’s.
Great studio! Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Facility is clean. My non athletic 13 year old has been there a month and LOVES it. Highly recommend!
