I had originally started at Microtech, because my computer would not turn on. I spent 45 minutes, waiting in line only to have them tell me they thought it was a motherboard, and it was too old of a machine to deal with. I had a feeling they just wanted to sell me a new computer.
This particular computer is very specialized and runs a piece of medical equipment.So instead, I went to Dimension computer. Jim found that it had a bad power supply replaced it and it’s running as good as new.
Jim took part in my secret “Operation Santa” mission. Far outside of his normal computer repair - he creatively found a way for me to leverage a digital family heirloom with some old technology. I will certainly trust Dimension Computer in the future with my repair needs. It’s amazing to find service like these these days! Thanks Jim!
My grandson’s computer stopped working. I took it to dimension - computer unannounced. He took a look at, offered to fix it. It was fixed in 2 hr very reasonable cost. Great service.
