John and Alex were our installers. They showed up around 9:00 a.m. and were here until a little after noon. They were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left no trace that they had been at m house. John patiently and cheerfully answered all of our questions. This was a very good customer experience for m wife and I. Also, Chandra is great. work with.
