Dr. Richard McDermott and the orthodontist team have been creating beautiful smiles in Arnold and Florissant, MO since 2001. Clients describe the care as outstanding, kind, patient, and very professional. The office is nice and sweet, with a fun and comfortable environment. The team explains everything clearly and makes patients feel safe and happy every step of the way. With two locations for emergencies and a points system for great gifts, clients recommend McDermott Orthodontics over and over again. One client noted they could not ask for a better experience and never imagined their teeth would look this good.

McDermott Orthodontics is the best! The staff is so friendly they could probably charm a crocodile, and Dr. McDermott is basically a teeth magician. Appointments are fast, and the whole place feels like a five-star spa… if spas tightened wires in your mouth. Highly recommend!

I’ve been with Dr. McDermott and his amazing staff for over 12 years now. 4 of my kids have had braces with them. Simply the BEST. Easy to talk to, work with, and most important they make my kids feel safe and HAPPY! I would recommend them over and over again! ❣️
