Excellent service man. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable.had no problems answering my questions. Extra bonus for me, he likes dogs so no need to lock my 4 little ones in a bedroom!*
Academy Air really came through when we needed them. Their representative came out to the house, took a look at our system, and was very straightforward about recommending a replacement due to the age of our HVAC unit. Not long after, our AC stopped working completely and was only blowing warm air, so we knew it was time.
Initially, I was quoted a lower rate, but after the credit check came back, the financing terms changed. While that was a little disappointing, it wasn't really the representative's fault. They were willing to work with us and find a compromise, and they were able to schedule the installation quickly—even on a Saturday.

A big thank you to Carl Eckert! My condenser stopped running over the weekend, and he got it going again for me! He made sure to check everything and even made 2 parts run! I’m sure he could have cut a corner or two, but he didn’t! He made sure everything was in tip top shape and totally cleaned up before he left! Thank you so much Carl! I appreciate the above and beyond job!!!!
