Miguel came over to do a prepaid flush on the waterheater was very professional took video to so how the system was. Only the anodized rod needs to be replaced next year. Have used Academy Air for all this old home needs.
The technician (Connor) was professional and efficient, and he looked into and resolved the concern I had when he came for our semiannual maintenance inspection/service. I appreciate the way they put shoe covers on when they come into the house. Everything was left ship shape when he left.
