Attended a wedding (Jolly/Walker) at this beautiful venue this past wkend (May 17 2025) I camped in a travel trailer, overlooking the lake, I can’t describe how beautiful and peaceful this setting is! I met Sue one of the gals that is the owner and I am here to tell you these gals have knocked it out of the park. They are such hard workers and they seem to do this behind the scenes. They are not overbearing, she was very kind. Everything was so beautiful. The lawns were mowed the cabins, adorable!! My husband and I stayed at Lakeview By Sue Barn Venue during Thanksgiving holiday while visiting family in nearby Urich, Mo. We were blown away by how helpful Sue was throughout the entire process. I had specific needs that she met without missing a beat. Because we needed a bigger space than was available for the entire stay, she put us in a smaller cabin for the first night and we moved to the larger one the next day. We had neglected to pick up an item to bring with us and Sue went and obtained one for us. ON THANKSGIVING DAY! Attended here as a wedding guest and I definitely am amazed by the set up. Great decoration and great team to help! I will preface all guests to prepare for parking accordingly. Very scenic with the lake and many photo opportunities. Summers get hot so be prepared but nonetheless, great wedding venue!
