Land Heating and Cooling crew did an excellent job. They replace our 50 year old boiler heating system with a new Navien system and installed a new heat pump. The service and repair works always great. After hours they came out, fixed a stifling temperature issue within an hour and were reasonable. Customer grateful for the great service and care.
We arrived home on a Friday evening from a 2-week vacation to find the temperature in the house a stifling 87 degrees! We called one other company first, but they don't have an emergency number. We called Land Heating and Cooling, got their after- hours number and reached Charles. Nick and another young man came out at 8:30 p.m. and fixed the issue within an hour. I held my breath anticipating sticker shock and was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their rates were! We are so grateful to Nick for sacrificing his time to meet our need after hours!
