About Del's Adrian Appliance Heating & Cooling
Del's Adrian Appliance Heating & Cooling is a family-owned business established in 1964, providing comprehensive services for all your appliance, heating, and cooling needs. Their skilled and committed technicians are ready to serve both residential and commercial clients with sales, retail, parts, repair/service, and installation. The business is praised for its fast and professional service. One customer shared their experience of getting their furnace up and running within just 3 hours after the initial call. A technician named Dominic was noted for being knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient when handling issues with a heat pump. He advised on the problems, ordered new parts, and repaired the unit promptly. Customers also appreciate that Del's does not sell "junk" products, unlike certain brands like Samsung. Their routine maintenance for furnace and air conditioner units is also highly valued, with regular cleanings twice a year. The staff, especially the ladies answering the phone, are consistently praised for their kindness. While many customers have positive experiences, some have encountered ongoing issues requiring repeated visits and payments, leading to frustration over workmanship and responsibility. However, overall, Del's Adrian Appliance Heating & Cooling seems to offer a mix of excellent and problematic service, with a strong focus on quality repairs and maintenance. Customers are advised to weigh the pros and cons before choosing their services.

Short story: Don't hire this company. We have been having to pay them almost yearly to come fix mistakes that they caused. Long story: Do not ever use this Glenn unless you want him to blow your money. He is running a racket. We tried to support local, so we asked him to install heating and cooling. He first suggested the furnace be downstairs. This was fine for a little while until it stopped working. At which point he suggested it needed to be moved, which we of course paid him for, as we believed him. One more, it worked for a summer, only to again stop working. Glen again came and his suggestion? The furnace needed to be moved downstairs, where it was originally. So he again got paid move the furnace back to where he moved it from the previous time it stopped working. This again did not solve the problem permanently, requiring near yearly repair visits. We have finally had enough of hemorrhaging money to a company that is happy to keep accepting money for poor work. Edit: I am also adding a picture of the ceiling damage caused by the AC leaking after it was installed in the attic by Del's, since they want to argue in the comments and take no responsibility for any of this. To anyone reading this just know that the people who work here apparently think they did nothing wrong after their work led to this. They did the job poorly leading to water damage and yearly band aids to keep it running for another year, then want praise for giving discounts on the repair work. Business security, eh?
