I bought a whole new system, paid cash for it the day it was installed and the system works perfect. However my warranty wasn't registered with Lennox in a timely manner so I did it myself and the paperwork that was supposed to be sent to Evergy still hasn't been sent and it's been 2 months I am still in contact with Ian and he says he is in the process of getting it done. I have gone to the office a couple of times during hours but no one is there. I just want to get my rebate, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I called Hoot Owl when a furnace in a rental unit was acting up. They came out right away to take a look, thought it was just a loose wire and got it running. No nonsense and no upsells. Turns out it was not just a loose wire unfortunately and I had to call them back a week or two later. Again, got out there right away. Ended up being the circuit board but they got us fixed up quickly and for a very reasonable price. Communication was great too. There was a short delay in getting the part but Ian called me personally to explain what was going on and was more than accommodating to get things fixed and work around my tenant.
