Hoot Owl is an excellent heating and air conditioning company. Many years ago we were having problems with a heat pump unit. We had two other companies look at it and they could not figure out the problem. Then we found Hoot Owl and made an appointment with them. They came out and were able to fix the problem. We have used them ever since. Hoot Owl is an honest and reliable company. All of the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. We have had units repaired and new ones installed by them. We have always been completely satisfied with their work.
I got home from work and my AC was not working, I called them and they came out first thing the next morning and got it fixed. I have used them several times and am always very satisfied with their work and customer service.
My air conditioner quit cooling. My husband has some breathing issues. The secretary as well as the technician were wonderful to deal with and in spite of the rain, the problem got fixed the same day and in a very timely manner. I am so thankful for the fast solution to the problem.
