Ann was very patient with us and very informative about everything we needed to know as far as how the whole process for our mom and every detail for what we needed and were going to do for the wake and funeral. Along with explaining all the memorabilia (fingerprint jewelry etc) items that the facility has for sale on their website. She also went above and beyond by adjusting, the corners of our moms mouth so that it had just a tiny hint of a smile instead of a slight frown! Having her hair and makeup look very nice and natural! Also, letting us girls and our dad be the ones to close the casket lid. It was very special and meaningful! Thank you for everything!! 💕
