Picture this, New home builder warranty ended 3 months prior, and after the warmest winter I can remember it starts to get cold, not true MN cold but cold comparatively, my Furnace quits working SO I call the Team over at Off The Hook Heating and Air, and they were out here quick, i mean quicker then quick, Joe and Dan got to work immediately and figured out what the issue was, how to fix it and where the parts were. They got the proper repair parts and had it fixed before my morning meeting was over! Answered my call late on Friday night of a holiday weekend. Came to look at our furnace sat morning and fixed our furnace quickly! Appreciated that everything was explained and very fair pricing! Would definitely call again!
I am absolutely thrilled with our new furnace & central air install!! Both Joe & Daniel were very thorough, organized, and knowledgeable on the installation, and with explaining everything.. their attention to detail was very impressive, and even cleaned up, so there were no messes!!
