I'm not happy with my experience with Massmann over the last two years. Maintenance: The company charged us for preventative maintenance for 1.5 years, and then said our radiator was leaking and we should replace the main unit, a problem technicians should have been able to diagnose earlier than in the last 6 months. I will give them that they had a technician leave the company and there appeared to be a knowledge loss with our homes maintenance during that transition. I don't put that on the new technician, but I do put it on Massmann as a company (and I will even take part of that responsibility if I as the home owner am supposed to know everything the tech... read full review
I have worked with Massman for over 5 years. I've consistently been impressed with their timeliness, quality of work and fairness (in terms of what they charge for the work they do).Most recently, we were having an issue with the floor hear in an upstairs bathroom. It was a significantly more complicated problem to solve than we originally thought. We worked with John on solving the problem. I was very impressed with his analytical skills and persistence in digging in and making sure we really were at the root of the issue and solving the problem for the long term.Thank you John!
This company is so trustworthy and legit! They have technicians that know how to properly diagnose problems AND provide solutions SAME day. I am so impressed and grateful for their commitment to getting my home working again. Thank you!!
