Our AC (mini splits) decided to officially die on one of the hottest days of the summer. We requested and received several bids. Hilliard was amongst one of the cheapest and upon comparison of apples to apples in the bids, they quoted a reputable product, a respective timeline (considering it was HOT outside) and a very reasonable price. I wanted to do business with small local owned business. But what tipped the scales to Hilliard was the fact that almost every time I called, I got a live person who took the time to answer my questions or find out the answer.
