Sustainable Heating and Cooling is a great company. Our furnace went out the week of Christmas. Chris came and fixed the issue temporarily and we both knew a new furnace was needed. Chris and Doug were here on time at 8AM Saturday. Efficient, respectful and complete in 3 hours.
I definitely recommend Sustainable.
Thank You Chris!
They do good work, but are horribly unresponsive when there's an issue. After months of calling, e-mailing and texting, by myself and the contractor who built my house, going to another HVAC company.
