Too bad 0 wasn't an option. They take their time even when there isn't patience to treat. And I kept asking for nausea medication. They never got back to me and sent me out

They where rude as hell when I was trying to get a surgery and I was jus scared to be put under and they jus wouldn't understand

I had knee replacement surgery in the Wyoming hospital in June 2024 and I cannot say enough GREAT about the care I received there. All the way from dietary, to nursing, to PT and surgical care: THE. BEST. I was a little reluctant to schedule it there because the reviews for it aren't great, but I am SUPER GLAD to report that my experience was stellar.

I went in to see the dermatologist, Dr. Campoli and was extremely happy with how straight to the point he was, also He had a diagnosis before coming in the room which shows he looked at my chart prior to speaking to me. I have been dealing with whatever is going on for 11 months and seen three different dermatologist. This is the first and only place that: 1.) straight to the point, 2.)spent more than two minutes Talking with me, didn't feel like I was a number just getting pushed through the order 3.)Prescribed what he thought I needed and inform me of the side effects instead of one cream to try and come back in a week costing me more money and time 4.) most importantly, he didn't making me feel like I was crazy like I've experienced with the previous dermatologists. I would absolutely recommend him, the only downside was I had to wait seven months to get to see him. It was well worth the wait.

I paid a visit to the ER in Wyoming and I couldn't have received better care! I got out of bed too fast that morning and was extremely dizzy and fell backwards with my mid-back slamming up against our nightstand. I was in excruciating pain when I arrived, but as long as I didn't move, it was tolerable. I was greeted by Gabbi, who I feel has got to be one of the best nurses on the planet. She was friendly, upbeat and checked on me constantly to see if I needed anything, etc. At one point, I asked her if I could have a blanket as I was cold. An EMT was shadowing her as a student and he jumped into action. He was a big guy, full of enthusiasm & good humor, unfortunately, I don't recall his name. He came back in an instant with "a blanket fresh out of the oven" as he says, and had me wrapped up like a mummy in no time flat! Dr McGeehan then paid me a visit and he was so sympathetic and kind. His bedside manner was WAY above what I expected. I definitely was NOT just a number to him and he proved that many times over. He strongly recommended a CT scan to check for internal bleeding or a punctured lung after checking out my ribs manually. I initially wasn't on-board with that idea, thinking that I most likely only had a bruised rib or something minor as I hadn't shed a tear and wasn't screaming out in pain. I finally relented and it turned out that I had FOUR BROKEN RIBS! Based on my behavior, it seemed that Dr McGeehan was slightly taken aback by the number as well. He desperately wanted me to stay in the hospital for 3 days to monitor my pain and movement, but I instantly refused to do that as my son was FINALLY coming home from Texas for a visit the next day and I was NOT going to miss a minute of it by being in the hospital. Dr McGeehan finally agreed that I could go home after I promised him that at the first sign that something was amiss, that I would be right back in there to take advantage of the 3-day hospital stay. He then gave me very pointed instructions on what TO do and what NOT to do, all of which I've followed to the letter. A follow-up visit with my regular doctor said that everything was perfect and that my progress was excellent. Two weeks later, I'm feeling better every day. I haven't taken ANY of the pain killers that they gave me upon discharge as one Advil morning & night, along with alternating the heating pad with ice have worked well to alleviate the pain. In the last 3 days, I'm down to just taking one Advil at night and nothing during the day, but I'm not so sure that I'll be taking it at night anymore as I don't think that it's necessary. The 4-5 hours that I spent in the Wyoming ER was an absolute dream compared to others. Every person that I came into contact with was absolutely wonderful. They were respectful, kind, upbeat, and extremely concerned about me, my pain level, my need for them to fetch me something I may need, etc. They ALL made me feel like an absolute princess and I dare say that any one of them would have peeled me some grapes and fanned my face had I requested that.

Absolutely the worst place to go, spending 8 hours in the ER and no real answers for my friend and her condition. Should have went to the cities instead!

Providers in OBGYN have been present enough. I see why this place has poor reviews. Literally trying to speak with anyone I was connected with on the phone brought me to a fullout break down. There was one gal in billing (Trisha or something- she did not speak clearly so it was hard to understand at all) was extremely rude and provided me a number to reach the provider that was no longer in service forcing me to start over. I was transfered to internal employees HR team, and not once to the actual clinic I was trying to get ahold of. PLEASE for the mental health and ease of your patience. Review phone courtesy with your employees and fix your phone system. It is an absolute nightmare!

I keep receiving emails for some “Arthur” that apparently has an appointment here and when I called the number to be taken off the list I was told I couldn’t be helped. So hopefully Arthur keeps his appointments in his phone or pocketbook, because they’re not helping him either.

Finally had 2 experiences in a row. Whatever changed keep it up

Would not recommend Urgent care , as you are charged an urgent care visit for the facility PLUS additional fee to see the doctor and any ordered labs are at emergency room rate.
