Great company directed to dock for washout reminded to slide tandem($80 fee if you don't) found a spot to drop headed over to JBS and all in 20min. Didn't get his name but he realized I wasn't a typical trucker but I appreciate you.

OMGosh….I am so impressed with this “Family Owned” Trucking company! No, I’m not a truck driver…However, I am a protective grandmother, whose granddaughter drives for Smith’s Trucking Inc. They treat her as if she’s part of their family. Her concerns are their concerns. They’re informative & care about the road conditions for their drivers. Steve (her dispatch) is awesome. He works with her in providing information & work-arounds, when needed. She continuously boasts about him & how much he cares. They treat you like family. They know you by name. They work with you if you need to get home or need to take a day off in the middle of the week. They have top of the line equipment.
