Phenomenal experience. So many personal touches from hot towels upon arrival, slippers in your size, locker with your name on it, personalized gift, beverage of choice, snacks in the quiet room, your robe re-warmed after your service, comfy blankets to relax before and after treatment. This is relaxation at every turn. The artwork on the walls, the lighting, the tranquil music, the cushions on the couch, the warmth of the massage bed, the pressure of the shower, the aroma of the hand lotion. Luxury at every turn. This is peace and tranquility at its finest. If you’re gonna pay the money, get the quality of relaxation you deserve. Letting everyone know my only gift requests from now on are gift cards to Woodhouse Woodbury. My only complaint was my 50 minute maternity massage was in fact 50 minutes, but did not feel long enough as all good things come to an end too soon…

I will never be returning to any of their locations. Over priced and beyond rude/unkind service. My daughter passed and that wasn’t considered an emergency to cancel an appointment. Was charged full service before my appointment time even passed because I inquired about cancelling. I will literally never forget this.
