The crew worked quickly once they were on the site though it was unclear to me when they would actually be there. The started to set up the scaffolding at the wrong address but fortunately I caught them early. We'll see if the chimney cap solves the water infiltration problem.

The chimney repair masons, Derek, Brandon and Devin did a great job rebuilding the top portion including the chimney cap to current codes. They were able to save the current bricks, so we didn't have any issues with matching, which would've been a big problem. They also did a good job with cleanup. Very personable guys and know their stuff.
